Our Story
Hey, fellow friends living in Taiwan! Tomi speaking! I am half Mexican and Half Taiwanese, but I was born and raised in San Diego, California. Aren't the seasonal fruits and vegetables amazing here!? Making guac in the summer with all the avocados brings me back to my roots. I just wished they were available for longer. Living in a foreign country is not easy. To make life more enjoyable, we need our food from our homeland. So I thought, "What if we can make guacamole with the local avocados and freeze them?" We tried many times with limited success. But over several years and lots of trials, we finally came up with a recipe that freezes well and thaws without the fat and water splitting. We hope you enjoy our gourmet guacamole and many more products to come!

我是Tomi,來自美國加州的墨西哥和台灣混血兒。

在異鄉生活真的不容易,為了讓生活更愉快,我們需要家鄉菜的慰藉。 我希望一年四季都可以品嚐到家鄉的味道。 所以我想,“如果我們可以用當地的新鮮酪梨,製成酪梨醬,並冷凍起來會怎樣? 這樣我想吃的時候就可以隨時來一口了!” 我開始研究,並且大量嘗試了很多次,但效果甚微。 經過幾年不斷的試驗,我們終於想出了一個可以很好地冷凍和解凍,解決了酪梨出水問題的食譜。

How We Make Our Guacamole
It starts with picking the freshest avocados right from the tree! We personally know the farmers well and we also know that they are very conscious about being pesticide free and virtually organic.

We first hand wash each individual avocado.
Then it's time to ripen them. We carefully control the temperature and humidity.
Finally, they chill out until it's time to become guacamole!
